B&B Green Energy Solutions Pvt Ltd, in association with B&B Associates, was founded in 2012 in Kottayam with one clear belief: every home and business deserves access to clean, affordable solar energy.
The company began as the sole authorised service partner for BOSCH India in Kerala. That partnership established a quality benchmark from the first installation and led to Bosch letters of appreciation for outstanding customer service from 2015 to 2024.
Growth came through satisfied customers rather than advertising. Today, a significant share of new business is generated through existing-customer referrals, supported by offices across Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.

C A Biju is an experienced renewable-energy leader who has guided B&B Green Energy since 2012 and serves as State General Secretary of MASTERS, one of India’s largest solar traders associations.
Under his leadership, B&B has completed more than 4,000 projects and 50 MW across South India, helping customers reduce carbon emissions while building reliable, long-term energy assets.
His management philosophy is equally clear: take care of employees, and they will take care of customers. This approach has supported an 80% client and employee retention rate.
